The service we received at the Callander branch was absolutely faultless. They cared for my mum after her cataract operation and couldn't have helped her enough. Naomi was absolutely fantastic with her, she made her feel so at ease and is so friendly. Highly recommend this opticians wouldn't go anywhere else

Having had my eyes tested only 4 weeks earlier in Stirling and received spectacles which were of no use to me, I decided to stay local and have my eyes tested again at Andrew Baird Optometrist, Callander. The service I received was second to none and I really appreciated the calm, quiet and professional atmosphere. I was not pressured into purchasing frames - in fact I was offered new lenses in my own frames. Only a week later I collected my spectacles with new lenses, they were fitted to me and the prescription is perfect. I am delighted and highly recommend this Optometrist.

I was in Callander on a day trip, when the lens fell out of my glasses while cleaning them. Disaster! But I found an Opticians on the main street. The receptionist and the optician were very understanding and extremely helpful. Fixing my glasses once they were free. While I am very grateful, I also think this is a sign of very good customer service. If I lived in the area there is only one opticians I would use.

Fantastic service from lovely people. State of the art eye test equipment. Got new prescription lenses in my existing glasses and also bought a new pair from fantastic selection. They new lenses were ready in one day. Superb

I have never had such a comprehensive eye exam ever. I knew my eyesight had deteriorated but didn't realise by how much. Have had my new glasses for a few days now and everything is so much clearer 🤓 Would highly recommend Andrew to anyone needing an eye test, there is no hard sell to purchase the most expensive /designer frames rather you are given options and styles that suit your face. Have already been back with my children... Hubby is next 🤓

Excellent shop and service. We have been customers since my son started wearing glasses 4 or 5 years ago aged just 2. Since day one Andrew, Mary and Dawn could not have been more patient and helpful despite our very frequent initial trips due to accidental damages! I called in yesterday on the off chance having lost one of the screws in my glasses. They very helpfully not only fixed my glasses, they adjusted the fit so they don’t slide down my nose and then wouldn’t accept payment. I would certainly recommend them, far better than the big chains. I will use them for my next eyetest and glasses. Thank you once again.
