Amazing customer service, great choice of glasses! Could not stop buying. I have found in one place all I needed - latest model of sunglasses, one pair of glasses “big boss” style for office and one more frameless for every day use. Bottomless stick and very helpful staff. Highly recommend! 😎

I have been going to see (excuse the pun!) Steven for many years now. I had AMD (dry) for many years but in 2018 Steven advised me that there had been changes and I would need to have a scan done and would then need to have injections in my eye - he reassured me re this so that when I got my first injection I was already fairly relaxed. Sadly, 2 days before my 2nd injection was due I had a pretty bed sub retinal haemorrhage and had an op on Christmas eve. Unfortunately, following this the consultant had to tell me there was basically no change of my sight recovering in that eye and I was discharged into Steven's care. Since then, he has been brilliant with me and also gives me reassurance that all us well in my good eye. I have used other high Street opticians in the past but none can come up to the level of I-2-I. Thoroughly recommend them

Helpful, friendly and professional. I've always had excellent service from i2i, today being no exception, and quality glasses at good prices. Far better, far more helpful and far more reliable than any of the big chain opticians.

After having my eyes tested at another Well known high street chain and being dissapointed with the service, as well as numerous revisits to rectify the problem without success ,I decided to go to i2i, and it was the best decision I have made ! The staff are so welcoming and friendly ! They treat you like their number one priority. The optician I saw there called Steven was also fantastic ,he put my mind at rest and showed that my prescription from the other store was slightly wrong and also explained everything so well. After handing in my glasses to have my lenses changed there they got it done within 45 minutes. The best opticians I have been too, if you are looking for great customer service and professional and knowledgable staff, then look no further !

Been using i2i Optometrists since the late 1990’s. Always first class, premium service with competitive prices. This is what makes me return, time and time again. No pressure to buy new glasses when a prescription has hardly changed. If you do decide to there is always help to pick from the wide enough selection within a budget! Good enough service for a four hour round trip!

Sometimes problem just unavoidable but the goodwill to fix the problem and makes everyone happy counts more. It creates the trust that goes both ways, both the customer and the store. As a new customer, I am satisfied with the service, and indeed, I will go back there again for my eye care.
