d. j.Having experienced a sudden eye issue I went along to McLachlan Optician, cumbernauld as I had my last eye test there.The staff there were amazing, seeing me quickly & diagnosing the issue. They arranged for me to be seen again the next day. Fabulous service & all free of charge.

B. J.I am in the Shielding category during this Covid crisis but had to get my Spectacles upgraded. This company was exceptional in their policy of protecting the vulnerable in a close contact environment. I felt very safe throughout the eye test, while in near contact with the Optometrist. Prior to my visit, I spent time online looking at various frames and made a choice on a virtual try-on site. This saved me trying on numerous frames in store. I chose a Ray-Ban frame which suited my shape of face. The completed order arrived as expected and I was totally satisfied with the end result. Well done to McLACHLAN.
