L. B.I received such a warm welcome from Richard and Dimple at the RayBan store on Buchanan Street. They made my day. I had needed some help and nothing was too much trouble. Dimple was so attentive and easy to talk to and Richard was very knowledgeable and told me about the new specs that had just come in that link up to social media. Fascinating!

Craig in store was wonderful and got them sorted for me in a matter of days, the team at the Glasgow store are always so helpful and friendly genuinely wouldn't shop anywhere else for my glasses.

J. F.One of the best retail experiences I've ever had. I booked my eye test earlier in the week and was given a date straight away. All of my questions were answered and I was given some genuine advice.
The staff there also helped me choose frames that suited me as well as discussed the various options for lenses. I spent around an hour between the eye test and picking the frames and the staff were very patient and friendly the entire time.
If you're a professional who needs to look after their vision, I couldn't recommend this store enough.

A. D.I visited over the weekend to buy a pair of sunglasses to help with my driving. The two employees helping (I didn't catch their names but one said she was an optometrist) were extremely helpful and welcoming! They advised me on what pair I should get in terms of its usage for driving purposes. They also gave my dog (Vito) tons of pets and love!!! I just moved here from Canada so it made me feel very welcome.
