T.Very helpful in store although I'm afraid that the due date has passed for glasses to be delivered in store for pickup 🙄🙄 called the store to be told Natalie who isn't in today will check up on the hold up tomorrow. Don't understand why the girl on the phone couldn't do the same . I worked in customer service for many years where the practice would be to take ownership of any queries that came your way regardless of who originally started any service .

M. B.Having problems with mobility, I am eligible for the in home service, which is operated from the Cumbernauld store. The optician is very pleasant and professional, and manages to carry a good selection of frames around in her “magic suitcase”. 100% pleased with the examination and the glasses, which were delivered by courier within two weeks.
T. W.In the midst of the second strain of the Covid19 pandemic my son broke his glasses. I got a call this morning to say they were good to collect and i asked if i could collect from back door rather than taking 3 young kids through a shopping centre amidst the pandemic. Suzanne met me at the back door (I am thinking i will just collect the glasses and be off) but no she came to the car tried them on, took them back into the shop and adjusted them then came back out and tried them again. She has definitely gone above and beyond and customer service and i am more than happy to vouch for her. In such a stressful time she made the whole experience so easy. Thank you Suzanne!
