My wife and I visited Specsavers at Morrisons today and over all it was a very pleasant experience. We where welcomed at the door and treated with the greatest of respect, the ophthalmologist took us through the process of the eye test and we both felt reassured and happy with the consultation. The aftercare from Daniel and Charlotte was exceptional, Charlotte very patiently showed me an excellent selection of glasses {very reasonable price}. If you are looking for the professional and personal touch don't hesitate go to Specsavers at Morrisons Newlands. Thank you Charlotte for your experience and customer service Specsavers Newlands has plenty of parking and it's ideal for people with disabilities wheelchair friendly.

After our recent eye tests, both my husband and I went to pick up our new glasses. We were served by Karen, who was just the loveliest sales person you could hope for. After our fittings, we chose some sunglasses and again Karen couldn't be more helpful. Very patient as we both tried on many pairs and assisting on suitable styles for us both. She is an excellent ambassador for Specsavers and I'm sure anyone who has dealt with her would agree that she made the whole process very easy. Just collected our sunglasses today, and so pleased to deal with Karen once again, a perfect example of service with a smile.

I've been there for couple of times regarding my eye checkup. The staff is professional and they are helping you at priority. Nonwaiting time if you go with thr appointment. The opticians are professional and have a vast knowledge of their field. They brief you thoroughly about what is happening in your eyes.

Had my eye test here. People are very friendly. Charlotte Louise helped in choosing the best frames as am very bad at choosing. I would recommend you pay them a visit if you're considering to go for an eye test.

Not actually a Specsavers customer, but was sent there by NHS24 after a little eye accident a couple of weeks ago. I didn't realize that all opticians can give you an optical-triage (if you like) and on this account the staff could not have been more helpful.
