L. A.I moved over to Specsavers from another optician at the avenue and can't fault the service I've received since. Staff are so attentive and nothing is ever too much trouble. The opticians have always been really thorough and always have time for all your little niggly questions. I had an appointment this evening with a lovely optician. I had been quite worried about my eyesight prior to this but she carried out a really thorough check and was able to offer me kind words of reassurance! Always great service from when you book your appointment right through to when you leave!

B. A.Developed a problem with my eye during the night. Called Specsavers Newton Means at 9.00 that morning. Didn't have any appointments left but told me to come up and the optician would try to fit me in between appointments.
