P. C.Great experience at Vision Express at Tesco ST Rollox Glasgow. Was met by one of the assistants Niamh who performed some of the tests before I had my eye test. She was very nice and put me at ease explaining what tests she was doing and why. I then had my eyes examined by the optician who again was really nice and professional explaining what she was doing as she went along. I then was helped to pick glasses again by Niamh who ensured I was happy with the style, the fit and the cost of the glasses. All round a really pleasant experience carried out by very helpful staff

S.I never fill in these surveys but i felt i really should this time as from going in the optician was great and once that was done the lady out frount ( gutted i can't remember her name) was so helpful and took her time to listen to me and my worries about getting certain glasses and reassure me, 10 out of 10 for service x

S. M.I received an eye examination at the store based in St Rollox, Glasgow, on the 22nd of September 2021.
All the staff were attentive to my needs.
During my examination, it was quickly detected my eye pressure was high. A more detailed intervention led to me attending Gartnavel Ophthalmology department. I was diagnosed with Glaucoma within 3hrs of my initial appointment at Vision Express and now receiving treatment. I can't thank everyone enough for my thorough and professional level of care received. I returned to the store the following day to thank them in person and assure them I will indeed return for my new prescription on completion of my treatment.

B. B.After my operation for a retinal detachment and receiving the all clear from my hospital consultant I wanted a post operation eye test. Initially I was traveling across Glasgow to an optician which was very tiring and time consuming. Given Tesco, St Rollox is so close to where I live I booked an appointment with Vision Express. I was delighted with the process from start to finish. Wonderful staff, Stephanie Howe fantastic optician. I have booked a follow up appointment for another checkup. Highly recommended.
