D. Z.Doctor Heather Murray was very professional and so nice to talk to. My appointment was on time, I didn't have to wait at all and all three people with whom I interacted during my visit were lovely. Would 10/10 recommend.
R. T.I was most impressed by the care taken by both the optician and the assistant to ensure that the glasses I received were the most suitable. Two of the tests had to be done twice to ensure I was fit to leave; the assistant took endless trouble to explain the options available and to help me select the correct frames. The whole visit took three hours but I never felt that I was being pushed to make decisions quicker. Thank you very much.
