L.I had been having issues with my current glasses from another practice for over a year to the point I would always wear contact lenses because my glasses just didn’t fit right and were giving me headaches. The other practice just did not listen to what I was saying when I tried to explain why they were uncomfortable and what I thought needed to be altered. Just a couple of minutes in here and the lovely optician Robert listened to what I was having issues with and fixed it immediately. So grateful to have glasses that fit and won’t be giving me headaches anymore! Thankyou!
