R. A.I had a fantastic experience at optical express east kilbride on Friday.
My glasses were always uncomfortable because they didn't fit on my face properly. Adil Islam reshaped my glasses until they sat perfectly and comfortably on my face. He really took his his time until it was absolutely perfect. The customer service was absolutely excellent, I felt really cared for as a customer. I was so impressed.
