Had an amazing experience. Great customer service and attentive staff. I only wanted my glasses adjusted and nose pad replaced. The lovely gentleman who helped was efficient and very professional. I also was not charged for this service. I will be visiting soon for my eye exam. Keep up the good work @ Vision Express Gloucester.

Not my usual store, was visiting the area. Called in for some advise as I was having problems with my vision, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Put me at ease and offered me reassurance. Had eye test done with Vision Express Gloucester Eastgate Street Branch on Friday 28th May 2021. Had very good eye test done was seen by three members staff who went above and beyond to make the experience of having an eye test done there and choosing and fitting new glasses done there a very good experience. Cannot fault them they put me at ease as I was on my own and are looking forward to picking up my new glasses next week.

Excellent staff and excellent service. Hurt my eye trying to remove a contact lens, contacted the store who immediately made an appointment. Seen by optician Saleem Patel who really helpful, eye examined and treatment recommended with follow up appointment booked for following day. I have been using the Gloucester branch for a couple of years now. On my last visit I Was served by a young gentleman and a woman who both were very polite and well spoken. The optician Saleam (I hope I spelled his name right) was also very polite and well spoken. All three staff members added the x-factor of making me feel very welcome and comfortable. Would defo recommend the Gloucester branch. It’s a very friendly but professional place.

Visited the Vision Express web site at 10:00 yesterday to book an appointment for en eye test. Appointment available at 11:45, so by 12:15 the eye test had been completed and new spectacles ordered. During the eye test, the technicians repaired a broken temple on an old pair of spectacles for no charge. I have always had very good service from Vision Express.

Store was Covid Safe. Appointments only. Staff listened and were professional. The reason for 4 rather then 5 stars is because for the type of frames I was looking for they were very limited, (although I did settle on a pair eventually)

Excellent service. Had a problem with eye and the optician who checked me wanted me to be double checked by another colleague where he found a problem. He referred me to hospital that day and I was seen in Minor Injuries Unit at 7pm that night. Fantastic!
