D. D.Super as always. Provided me with thorough info today about lenses for my spectacles. It was easy to make an informed decision on what would be best for me. This is one of the reasons I choose Observatory opticians over and over again. I simply don't feel like just a number in their care. Thank you again!
D. D.The eye test and health check was carried out very professionally. The Covid practices being used at the shop were very reasuring and made me feel comfortable when the test were being conducted.
New lenses for my existing driving glasses were ready when promised. Very good service now and over a number of years.
T. S.I was very happy with my sight test and the young lady who helped me chose new frames let me try on several pairs until I was happy with my choice. On collecting my new glasses all that was needed was a quick tweek of the sides behind my ears. They are perfect now.

M. K.I have a high glasses prescription and I need to have a trusted relationship with my opticians. I've moved my opticians from Boots to The Observatory as I kept seeing different people everytime at Boots. The service at the Observatory is great and I get to see the same optometrist every time. The choices of glasses frames are more European so the styles are nicer than the same boring frames in Boots and the larger opticians.
During Covid, the opticians was the only one that I could get an appointment with and they dealt with Covid rules and safety very seriously and well.
I cannot fault them.
O. B.I visited their Ipswich practice recently and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were so welcoming and friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all, they saw me straight away. When performing my check up, the optometrist went over some tests a couple of time’s to make sure I was happy with the results! I will definitely be visiting them from no on!!

As we are in lockdown, contacted Observatory, even though they were not my local optician, and I wasn't sure if another they could or would fix them. After sending through photos of the glasses, Will not only found a replacement screw but also dropped it back to us after. Would recommend highly based on their help and service.

I can safely say that dealing with oxana was a real pleasure and a breath of fresh air, compared to the larger national companies I'd previously been used too. The personal touch was much appreciated and although your prices are slightly higher, it was worth every penny with the extra time your dedicated staff put in. I will be coming back in the future.
