Lovely staff, was really professional, clean and tidy and was well looked after during the test and choosing my new glasses. The only thing I was a little bit disappointed with was I called the branch 10 days after my test to be told my glasses had gotten lost and would need to be reordered. Would have been five stars if I had been notified rather than having to ring up, otherwise excellent service.

Would highly recommend this store. I was served by Emma who was quite professional, stayed beyond the work hours as Klarna took time and kept processing the order pleasantly even when it was almost 4:45PM on a Sunday! I was there to change my lenses on an old frame, but because of the level of service offered I ended up ordering a brand new frame.

The team at Ipswich town centre were professional, courteous and welcoming. Greeted by a smile, prompt service. Tom it ophthalmologists reassuring guided me through my tests and relayed any anxieties I had by taking the time to explain in layman’s term. All the staff made me feel at ease from going in to picking out reading glasses. As it's the first time of having to wear glasses I was a bit conscious of wearing them but I was not hurried on what pair to buy and everything was explained and what current deals were on highly recommended.

I’ve been a customer at Vision Express for quite a few years now. The service I receive every time I go in there is always brilliant. However, there’s one particular person that stands out most for me & his name is Simon. I have found Simon to be incredibly professional, knowledgable but most importantly someone that goes above & beyond to ensure your requirements are dealt with in the best possible manner. Great professional service again Ordered Oakley sunglasses and didn't want to add my verifocal and thought it will be ok When I used them and realised I could not use them for driving as could not read the sat nav Spoke to Steven on the phone and told me to return them and they would change the lenses. I was helped by Nigel and glasses were taken and sent back to Oakley for new lenses to be made. They only charged me £50 for the return job. Never expected that. Once again great professional service Both these guys know their stuff Thanks all at Ipswich
