Has always been great service and they look after your cue. Over a few years these have taken my cue down twice for a smaller tip size as ive got more confident, also theyve fitted a titanium ferrule. Thought I was losing my touch until they fitted a new elkmaster and now its like a surgical instrument again and as good as new. They've also fitted me a break cue tip as well. Ive had a set of Aramiths from them as well good quality 👌Cheers

Just picked up my cue, took it in for a new ferrule, tip and tapering down (it’s an old Burroughs & Watts, 70+ years old) all I can say is wow!!! What an amazing job and the price was very reasonable (well worth the 60 mile round trip) I will never go anywhere else, it’s like Disney world for an enthusiastic cue man (great selection of cues cases and accessories) absolutely brilliant, I’m so chuffed.

Went to purchase a dartboard after new year. Was very helpful and advice they gave and guided me in making a decision on the equipment needed to get started out. I have been buying my snooker requirements from Craftsman cues for years and today I called to buy a small butt extension for my Craftsman cue. Whilst examining the thread to get the correct fit the salesman noticed there was a slight flaw in the cue tip. They rectified this without charge and were very efficient. They have my thanks and appreciation. I recommend this company.

Having seen the variety of cues and equipment on offer, I would highly recommend Craftsman Cues as a great place to buy any cues no matter what level of ability you are and I am a qualified WPBS World Snooker Coach. Definitely worth driving here for a day visit.

Absolutely superb!! Contacted a few shops about getting my first ever Snooker Cue after playing for the first time last night after a few weeks of pool an weeks of reading up. Only shop that got back to me pretty much straight away was Craftsman (none of the others responded as of yet) Superb advice was supplied via email which led to me an my dad driving from Manchester to Leeds. Greeted by a shake of a hand an a smile very rare nowadays. I was given the right info to make an informed choice and the opportunity to try the cues out including some out of my budget of my choice on a Snooker table. Was amazed compared to the ones at the club how much better at aiming than I was with a club cue the differences were explained to me. No pressure sales and brilliant advice and info led to me walking out with a cue that felt brilliant in my budget and was accurate for me felt amazing to start to consistently pot a few on the trot including a few long pots which was impossible for me with the club cue's. Thanks guys for all the help and time and look forward to spending more money with them in the future. Highly recommended 5 Stars from me just how a buying experience should be well worth the trip.

Excellent service all round. Staff really know about their profession. The staff don't just sell cues and equipment, they also play the sports (snooker and pool). I would recommend them highly if you want a great quality cue look no further I have tried several cues there and the staff never pester you so take your time with every cue (if you fancy) For anyone who has youngsters that are interested in taking up either pool or snooker then this shop can provide the best cues in Yorkshire if not across the country. To finish this review I'll say this if the pros go to shop here then it definitely worthy of a look woudnt you say guys and girls.

Doable to get there on public transport. It would suit a professional cue sportsman. Only things like jump cues/American break cues and magic racks weren't available.

According to my son, the guy who owns this shop is helpful, knowledgeable and, besides selling cues, he repairs them at a reasonable cost. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't go into the shop - and it is quite a long way from where we lived at that time. 🙂

Just stumbled on a John Parris clip on Youtube, made me realise that I should review Craftsman Cues! I live in Hampshire and about 14 years ago I asked CC to make a cue (from maple) for me, I gave them the dimensions for Butt, shaft and tip, and weight, the cue was sent to me in good time and I was as delighted with it then as I still am now ! Great cues, so pleased was I that I had a similar one made for my lad shortly after, I think his cue is better than mine coz he keeps beating me! If I'm up in Yorkshire I still use them for re-tipping as I find the service is so good. I think they're their own worst enemies mind coz I don't think I'll need to buy another cue for the rest of my natural !

Great range of snooker and pool cues. You can pop in for a couple of hours find the perfect cue, get it customised test it out on their full size table. Then you can test your arm at darts good range of Unicorn and Winmau.
