Absolutely amazing level of care and attention. I had an eye test on Thursday 16th Sept 2021 and received the most thorough and extensive assessment that I have ever experienced. All the staff were fantastic, especially the newly qualified optician and her mentor who both demonstrated great professionalism and explained each step of the process to me. Plaudits also go to the other members of staff who undertook additional assessments. They were friendly, welcoming and like the optician who did my main assessment were excellent at their job. I had my op in Jan 2020 so this review is a bit delayed! My experience from the White Rose centre was brillant. They were so professional. They don't perform the ops there and I actually went to Sheffield for that, but my pre & post optician was fantastic. I had been in a bit of pain after my op (the few days of pain were worth it afterwards) and my optician calmed me down and even made me laugh! Turning my experience in a really positive one! My next appointments I asked for him again because not only were his eye jokes great (many superhero orientated too) and made an otherwise boring procedure less so, but he was able to break down the science when I asked questions. And he didn't mind me asking questions - whereas my first eye surgeon made it clear he hadn't appreciated them. So if you are booking at White Rose I highly recommend Shezad!

My sister and I had our Lasik surgery done through optical express in white rose centre. Both Kerry and Junaid made me feel comfortable and answered all questions that I had. The process was well explained and a good point of contact throughout the whole experience. I never felt like I couldn't ask any questions. Great experience, posting one week on from iDesign LASIK Surgery in Bridge Water Manchester and consultation at White Rose Leeds. Kerry and Ian at White Rose was really friendly and helpful from the start to finish in regards to my consultation. Both explained how everything works in detail. Kerry also called a few times during the build up to my surgery to check in which was reassuring. The Team at Bridge Water Manchester was as equally brilliant. I now have 5/6 vision which is better than 20/20 or 6/6 with the only side affect being start bursts from bright lights which have already started to improve. I did find the protective eye masks you have to sleep in for 7 days to be the worse part about the whole experience which says a lot about the great service as a whole.

I attended a laser eye treatment consultation at this clinic. Overall I was happy with the service, my consultation was thorough and transparent. The staff were all reassuring and friendly and did not value sales over customer experience. Steven and Junaid both provided great service. My reason for dropping one star was due to the waiting times. My appointment was delayed for 40 mins. This was partly due I think to the high level of care each customer receives, the staff did not want you to leave with any questions or doubts. Overall a great experience, waiting times could be improved.

Had laser eye surgery 1 year ago. From the first consultation I haven’t looked back. The before and after care was outstanding. I’ve gone from being able to see nothing without glasses to better than 20 20 vision. Worth every penny and would do it all again if I had to. Yes for a couple of hours afterwards it is very uncomfortable can’t open or shut eyes they just feel like sand in them but long term so worth it

Drop in on Sunday to ask how much it'll cost to fix my sunglasses. The young lady took them in the back, fix and polish them with no charge even though I wasn't buying anything else. Great amazing service. You'll definitely get my custom when I need an optician.

Had my laser eye surgery with optical express going on for 5 years ago now and it remains one of the best decisions I've ever made! Exceptional service and instant results! My prescription was about -5 so to have 20/20 vision after a brief nap and some eye drops was jaw dropping! Who knew trees had individual leaves?! Ha. No negative side effects and despite being relatively young my prescription hasn't changed since. Great investment. I still recommend to everyone.

I came in to Leeds white rose branch Monday 21/04/2019 for a contact lens fit and was greeted by Jade who was lovely booked me in and talked to me about having a fit done we also talked about laser surgery which was something I have been considering she was really knowledgable and helpful with giving me information about it. I then saw Junaid who discussed my eyes and the lense type that’s best for my eye he was really informative and did what was best for my eyes. It was a lovely experience in the store and I look forward to returning when my contact lenses arrive.

They were very good made everything easy as they could despite my being in a wheelchair. I have only given them three stars because despite being told repeatedly they spelt my forename wrong and even the email had my name spelt wrong, It’s not worth making a fuss about and I’ll tell them when I go and collect my glasses but it It is irritating that they can’t be bothered to listen to me. I hope the glasses are worth it. The price was very reasonable compared to other transition verifocal lenses.

If I could give these guys 6 out of 5 I would. I have recently had laser eye surgery and from the minute you walk in the guys are really professional and take every aspect very serious. To cut to the chase I had an accident after my surgery about 3 weeks where I went almost blind and from the minute I called the guys at this branch they not only looked after me but rectified the problem within 2 hours I had emergency surgery I was also taken to the other branch that performs the operation in Leeds by Andrew. The panick and worry is overwhelming but these guys really did OE proud, From the young lady who did my consultation all the way through to the guys that looked after me in branch and both surgeons that did an amazing job I can't thank them enough for how great they handled my case unbelievable customer service and I don't honestly know what I would have done without there support. Fantastic cheers to everyone involved!

Had the best experience in store. Walked in thinking I'd need to book an appointment, and was seen straight away for an eye test. The lady who looked after me was so welcoming and clearly knew what she was talking about. I've have awful eyesight since I was really young, and could barely ever read the letters on the chart they use for testing, and after being seen by a lady in the white rose branch I could read and see better than I have been able to in years.

She greeted me and guided throughout the appointment procedures in the friendliest manner, and presented broad knowledge in dealing with my financial request. She came up with a creative plan to solve the problem in an acceptable way from both mine and the company's viewpoint. Furthermore, she helped me change the address for the deliveries to my new home address, in which other employees failed numerous times, all thanks to her knowledge with potential issues in the company's system. On top of it all, she promised to personally follow up with making sure that the plan goes through as supposed and to confirm with a phonecall. Today both my wife and I visited Optical Express in White Rose Leeds, for our Annual Eye Check Up. We traveled from Huddersfield, on arriving at the shop we were greeted by three lovely ladies, I was checked in by a very professional lady called Munira. Check In did not take long as we both had filled out the form using the link on our Appointment Conformation email. Whilst waiting for the Optician to see me, Val was in with her, Munira and I had a chat, you don’t get that in most places, it’s the major reason we have used Optical Express for years, they care, and meeting Munira was a real pleasure. I was made to feel at ease and by the time the Optician saw me I was relaxed. Again top professional work by the Optician, whose name I unfortunately did not get. What I would say even qualifying by way of the NHS due to age, the treatment and service was outstanding. Thank you to all at Optical Express White Rose.
