Extremely positive, approachable & friendly team. In the blink of an eye (no pun intended) someone took my empty trolley & as soon as my new glasses were sorted the young lady helping me went to sort out & sanitise another. She went above & beyond.

All perfect apart from text messages (reminders) My son needed to come an hour earlier to get some drops and then after an hour they suppose to test him. The reminder comes the time when they need to test him not when they need to put the drops. So as a feedback you need to change it as it is really confusing, let people know the time when they need to be in not when you will do one or another treatment only.
