Absolutely amazing, I've been coming to this place since I was 4 years old and I have to say it's been fantastic the staff are respectful and always available to help while the choice of glasses that they offer are always of good standard. The best thing is the tests they are always performed quickly and professionally and results are explained in the simplest form. Furthermore they provide eye contact lenses and will update this review upon using them, finally I recommend this optician to everyone and everyone is welcome there.

A lovely, friendly and welcoming practice. Have been coming here for nearly 20 years now and would highly recommend them. Always takes the time for your needs and are reallt easy to contact and very accommodating for appointments. My kids love going there for their appointments too.

I had something uncomfortable in my left eye for a week but I couldn't see what was there. I made an appointment and told the optometrist she was ever so friendly had a really thorough check of my eye. Patiently, and very carefully looked inside my eyelid and took a grain out and said that should feel better straight away. Offered me good advice on looking after my eyes and recommended eye drop for dry eyes. Also she said if I had any problems again to come back for a free eye test. I don't know what the lady optometrists name was but she was really good and I would highly recommend to everyone. THANK YOU S.I OPTICALS

Went to both Oadby and Narborough Road branches, and can’t fault these guys are do professional and patient as I was taking my time choosing a frame. They are super friendly and welcoming to anyone who walks through their door.

Very good service, and they always ring you few days before your appointment to remind you. Waiting time is very minimum, therefore it creates flexibility when you want to book. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the optician himself always takes time to give advice, especially to the children.
