M. O.I got an exceptional service from the doctors. My eye test was swift and seamless. I got a detailed information about the test before it was conducted so I wasn’t in the dark about anything. In all of my 10 years of being shortsighted, I got the most comprehensive information about my eye condition - likely to be Glaucoma and I was referred to an hospital for further test. I also had a massive reduction of up to 60% total cost and I enjoyed the benefit of getting a free pair of medicated sunglasses with my regular glasses in HERO LENS. The ambience is equally amazing. Very helpful and courteous staff. Definitely recommending S.I. Opticals to anyone in need of an Optician. Absolutely fantastic service!! Thank you so much.
C. j. g.They offer a very professional service, a very high level of knowledge and experience. The only opticians who were able to find a scratch on my eye when Specsavers sent me away with no news and the wrong measurements. This is the only opticians which I trust, no one can equal them.
m.Fantastic service offered once again by S.I Opticals. My son was waiting for a replacement pair of spectacles and in the meantime I dropped off a damaged pair to be repaired. Next day these were hand delivered to my home address in like new condition. Highly recommended and thank you

I went with my Child for a first time eye test and there was no waiting time at all. The staffs were so friendly and I didn't experience any issues at all with the initial registration process. I have clarified all my doubts with the reception for future appointments and timings
The Optician was so friendly with my son and he did the examination in a way of talking and playing.My son was really enjoyed while naming the pictures and counting numbers and finally he got a nice sticker for good listing from the Optician
Overall, my experience was amazing and I will recommend SI opticals for everyone
