Great service! I came in for prescription sunglasses today. However before purchasing them I thought it would be best to have an eye test. Staff were great and I managed to get everything done in one visit including my eye test and contact lens check. Highly recommend. Looking forward to collecting my sunglasses soon.

Pleasant experiences all the time. We always receive good service and immediate attention from the staff. Only thing I concern is the prescription for my daughter keeps going up (doesn't seem to control her myopia)

The optician was great, very professional. The sale options were not spelt out regarding 2nd pairs and reactolite lens. Had they been, I may have spend a further £50 to get two pairs. Since then, I have returned twice for fitting adjustments and on both occasions the staff were very patient and ensured that I was happy before I left.

My daughter broke her glasses today. She can't see anything without them and has school tomorrow. The optician she normally goes to was closed. Called Specsavers, the lady on the phone was very helpful and said to drop in. Staff were amazing. Mehdi fixed her frame and they did not charge anything even though we did not get the glasses there. Fantastic service. I Recommend Oadby Specsavers.

I visited the store on Sunday August 15th as I had booked a sight test previously in the week. Despite being short staffed there was not a compromise in customer service. From arrival the staff were lovely and there was hardly any waiting times for both the sight test and choosing which glasses I wanted. Very informative on the eye health and tailored the experience to what relevant information you gave. For example, I was wanting 2 pairs of regular glasses and one pair of sun glasses with prescription in them and the lady that served me made sure I got the best deal and broke everything down for me making sure all the measurements were correct. I want to thank the staff for amazing customer service and in particular to Tasneem, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. 5/5 stars for customer satisfaction!

Visited today with my husband for eye tests and new glasses. Excellent customer service. All staff extremely helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Shaleen who was highly professional and friendly. The staff members who sorted out our purchases were lovely too. Highly recommended.

A good, friendly, efficient and polite experience from start to finish. First an eyetest then advice on the lenses i wanted. I then chose my frames at my own leisure. No assistants pressurising me.Now I have a lovely new pair of variofocals and my new sunglasses to follow next week. B -)
