Very professional staff and happy to help. Upon visit I was attended to promptly and got sorted out few minutes before my actual appointment which definitely was a plus. I got help with choosing my new set of glasses and I was overall happy with the experience.

Wow, my Specsaver Distance Sunglasses had lost a tiny screw. I was looked after without an appointment and my glasses were fixed whilst I waited. There was no charge. I was greeted with a huge smile and when my glasses were handed back to me I was informed that if I should need any further assistance just ask. True customer service and with a genuine smile

Very busy but deal with quickly in a professional and friendly manner. £69 ( with own perspiration ) and a “free” pair of prescription sunglasses. Not sure what the eye tests are like but ideal for replacement glasses.

I have just rang specsavers Morrisons in Lincoln to ask if I could collect my glasses tomorrow morning instead of Sunday having had to wait 3 weeks, I was told they hadn’t arrived so I said there aren’t any deliveries Sunday so could I collect tomorrow morning and was told rather curtly we will ring when they are here and then cut me off. Absolutely disgusting and staff clearly need to be trained in customer service because the one I spoke to was rude.

Didn't have my booking on the system but that was not a problem. Waited around 5 minutes for the first test, then about 5 minutes for the eye test. The ophthalmologist was superb and really reassuring.

This place is bonkers, so many staff, all really busy. I find sitting in there waiting for the next stage in the process rather calming, losing myself in the whirlwind of activity going on around me. Whatever it actually is they are doing, I enjoy watching them do it.

Went in to purchase some prescription sunglasses with my half price golden ticket I had from when I got my glasses here. The staff were super helpful and patient, in particular William who went to extraordinary lengths to ensure I was happy with my choices by walking me through all the options available over a number of frames I had chosen. Absolutely would recommend this place to any spectacle sporter in need of new face furniture. Customer service as it should be!

The staff at the Tritton road branch are the best by far, from the moment you step in you are greeted with a friendly atmosphere, no problems or questions are too hard for them to answer, also the accessibility is fantastic I'm disabled and found it a pleasure to look round, you are not chased by the staff looking for compliments instead you are left to browse yourself and if needed they will assist. The one big asset is Ali she brings a smile to everyone who comes in Well done to you all and thank you

Just want to say thank you to Specsavers Morrisons for being kind to my 92 year young dad, with his eye tests and hearing test. A big thank you to Steven in the hearing aid department,for coming out to fit dads hearing aids twice now. He has the patience of a Saint and certainly brightens mum and dads day with his sense of humour. Keep on what you are doing specsavers!

Actually not as good as i was expecting. It was Saturday afternoon but i was surprised at the lack of items that you normally find pre 11.30. I know a lot would have already gone thru the tills but you would of thought that Morrisons cared enough for their loyal customers to make sure thay had stocked shelves and fresh goods. Dissapointing if im honest, maybe they dont really care about what their customer's want. Maybe they might realise why they lose customers to competition. Keep going Morrisons and dont blame Brexit you might force people to Tesco.

Good selection of glasses at good price. Remember you will get a golden ticket when you collect your glasses which will give a discount. Ask about using that to pay for your glasses.

It started off with a Reminder from Specsavers sending me a Reminder that I was due for my Eye Check which is very impressive considering how busy I've been this period. Then met at the Door and attended to promptly by Staff who where well protected with PPEs. Even though small, The Morrison's Outlet managed Space efficiently to ensure good social distancing (way better than big stores I've been to). In Particular, Mr Gadhia S. and Miss Caroline were exceptionally good to me. Though pressured by The Rush-hour Workload, they were patient with me, putting me through everything in a Sensitive manner. You Guys are awesome.. Keep it up.

Friendly staff but the glasses size my son (11) was measured by staff here as, weren't stocked either in store or online? They seem to jump from small children's glasses to adults with little for older kids? advised to try women's glasses but even if my son was happy to wear women's, the frame still would have been too big! Went to the large Boots store in town, so many sizes and styles to choose from, son chose his new specs within a few minutes :) we'll probably just go to Boots from now on based on huge choice of glasses that they stock there.

I had a hearing test, as it was my second ever I knew roughly what to expect. The test was very good, no problems and possibly better than the one I had with a hearing consultant at the hospital. Wearing the aids has been easy! My conversations are much less crazy as I actually hear what people are saying. App loaded on my phone to aid in aid use too. My problem now is that one of the aids has stopped working but I am locked down because of the virus. Using one ear doesn’t quite give the same results. I wait till the lockdown is lifted... good luck everyone.

Frames are terribly overpriced. Too many staff and the consistency of the client's care is lost... Very chaotic place and lack of privacy when collecting private/confidential information! However, the staff is polite and trying to be helpful but the overcomplicated system of the client's care is unpleasant

Never, as yet, had a problem here. Friendly efficient staff. Desks are a little crowded for my liking and the waiting area (. 8 dinning chairs is a little small. Prices seem to be ok, but I would hope so for such a large company.

Returned as right arm of my 3 month old designer glasses broke. Identical frame instore and with no hesitation my lenses where transfered and after a quick fit check i left with a perfect pair of glasses. Excellent customer experience.
