Amazing service! I visited today for the first time and won’t be using another shop again. Maz, the optician, was so helpful and explained everything to me, and the girl who helped me pick out my glasses was really friendly. The shop is relaxed, welcoming and doesn’t have that typical clinical feel to it, but more of a stylish, art gallery. I can’t believe the price I paid for the value and quality in return. I couldn’t reccommend them enough!

I've only recently started to need glasses so I wasn't too sure what style of frames would suit my style/face. Alex was extremely helpful at suggesting a couple of different frames and colours for me til I found pair which I really liked. I will definitely be coming back in the future after such a positive experience in store.

Nice glasses and friendly staff. Optician was great and explained everything well. Once my glasses arrived in store though it was kind of left to me make sure the glasses were sitting correctly on my face. In Specsavers they sit you down with a mirror and the technician makes adjustments to make sure the glasses are sitting properly and feel comfortable etc.

I went to the Liverpool store today and had a free eye test with Maria, she was a really helpful optician and explained things in detail to me so I could understand my prescription better. The equipment used is also pretty futuristic not something you get from Specsavers. Roy and Jordan helped me pick out my frames and were able to find me some clear glasses that suited my face much better than my current pair! All around great experience - will be recommending to everyone I know and coming back for another pair next month.

Absolutely amazing service - I've had Ace and Tate glasses for a while now and when I found out my particular glasses were discontinued I was a little gutted. However they managed to find a pair out in storage, going above and beyond in customer service! Excellent product, treated myself to a pair of Neil prescription sunglasses which I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new pair. 10/10

I had an amazing experience during my first visit to the Ace & Tate store. Very friendly and professional service from all the staff. Special thanks to Alex who showed me around and gave great advice on which frames would suit me best. And also to Nancy the optometrists for giving a detailed explanation of all the processes during my eye test. Would highly recommend! :)

Such an amazing and friendly service. While I was waiting, Alex was so lovely and talkative which is so nice to have with customers. Maria who gave me an eye test was also friendly and helpful, both ladies gave me such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend! I hope to return again in the future :)

Had my first visit to Ace & Tate mid October and it was my first time using somewhere other than SpecSavers, the difference in experience was amazing. All the staff were lovely and didn't just treat you as another customer to get in and out as quickly as possible. The shop is nice and spacious, well lit with all the different glasses displayed so neatly on all the walls, kind of like an art gallery for all their beautiful frames. Maria who performed my eye test was so lovely and helpful and explained each part of the test to me and informed my why my headaches may have been due to my eyes. Afterwards she reassured me my eye health was all good and that i only had a minor change to my prescription. I then had Alex show me around the glasses and helped me find the ones that suited my face shape and told me when they looked good on me, she also went through the prices and the extras you can add to your glasses and showed me where to put the glasses i had tried on so they could be cleaned and disinfected for the next customer. My overall experience was 10/10 and I'll be looking forward to my next visit 🙂
