A. R.Received excellent service here today from my initial call to book an eye test,having the test (within 2 hours) right through to choosing my glasses. Highly recommend these lovely people.
E. M.Just moved to the area and decided to pop in to book an eye test as i hadn't got one in a few years, managed to get in within a few days when my last opticians would have me waiting for weeks which was a nice surprise.
Arrived for my eye test and got seen to super quickly, staff were super friendly and helpful through the entire process (even putting up with me trying on like a thousand different frames until we found one i really liked).
Staff were also really accepting and had no problem with my new name and pronouns, even if i was shy at first, which really means a lot as a trans person so i really want to thank everyone at the store for that.
Would very much recommend if you're in the area and looking for a new opticians :)

I always purchase high quality designer frames but I was unsure what frame suited me with wearing my mask & I didn’t have anyone with me to give me their opinion. My mother was waiting for me in my car minding my 6month old baby.
Karen was absolutely fantastic, friendly & professional! She helped me try on various frames that I liked & even escorted me to my car with the frames that I liked to get my mothers approval! Cannot recommend enough. Fantastic customer service & I’m thrilled with my new glasses. Thank you so much!

P. M.I had my first ever visit to Batty and Dexter, Aintree today, usually use another opticians, however, that is no longer the case. The service here is excellent, it is fast, professional yet very friendly. warm and welcoming. I was seen on time, then assisted with selecting glasses, they have a price range to suit every budget with lots of frames to choose from. Once I had selected it took only 10 mins to complete my purchase and had a choice of when I could collect my glasses, I opted for an hour or so later, really impressed with the service. I am disabled, they could not do enough to ensure my visit was quick and comfortable. I would highly recommend and should I need to use an opticians in the future Batty and Dexter is definately where I will go.

They have a good variety of specs, lots of designer brands which is nice and best of all my prescription was done the same day. They get a 👍🏻 From me.
