d. b.Good glasses at reasonable price. They got the Astigmatism setting wrong this time gave me eye pain after using them for the day. They corrected it and remade the lenses now no problem.

Mathew arranged an urgent long over due full eye examination, lense order and a few days cover of lenses till my order came in. This is all free on my contact lense plan which i didnt realise. Going back next week to collect my new lenses, select my new glasses and my follow up contact lense to see if im happy. Love this branch and all the staff ; )
J. B.Have gone to them since they moved into belle vale and always had 5 star treatment. thank to Adam when he was checking my eyes he found a problem and asked my GP to refer me to St Paul's , consultant was surprised he had spotted this prob. All better now and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

f. l.Appointment with Audiologist on Sunday. I was having trouble with my hearing aid purchased 12 mths ago ( has 4 yr. Guarantee). Greeted by Emma. Emma dealt with the problem efficiently and quickly. For such a young woman, Emma handled herself very well, very polite, curious and explained the problem to me. There was another technician present who appeared to be doing an appraisal of Emma work. Full marks to Emma.
