S. S.While I am traveling in London, the frame of my glasses went out of shape for a couple of days which was painful and annoying. I stopped by this shop hoping for getting a repair. The staff was very friendly and helped adjust the frame under 5 minutes with no charge. I am impressed by their great service and hospitality. They offered the help for free even though I didn’t get the glasses here.
S. G.I visited Arthur Morrice Opticians in Knightsbridge recently and my experience with them was exceptional. I was due an eye examination and no longer wanted to visit any of the chain opticians as my previous experiences were disastrous. The optometrist was able to see me straight away. They used the most advanced equipment along with a comprehensive attention to detail making your eye examination unlike any you've experienced before. You will leave with confidence and safe in the knowledge that your eye health is very well looked after.
When it came to the frames there was an extensive choice of high quality brands. I was given professional advice after the Dispensing Optician analysed my prescription to ensure I picked the perfect frame. They even offered me a lovely cup of Nespresso coffee whilst we discussed the various options. To finish everything off, they gave me the right advice regarding the usage of my glasses and when I should be mostly wearing them for. I was delighted with the look of them and I can see so much better now. Thank you to the entire team working there and keep up the amazing work. I would happily recommend Arthur Morrice Opticians to anyone looking for a great Optician!
