Great Service and fantastic team. I did an 4D eye test, which was well explained and helped me to understand my recent sight problems. The team was very friendly, patient and competent to help me select my first ever glasses. It only took 2 hours from selecting them to get them ready for me. Thank You, I will definitely be back.

A wonderful experience at Blink! A thorough eye test by Nilesh who went above and beyond. I was so impressed by the quality and speed with a wide range of stylish frames to choose from too! I went for my appointment on the Wednesday and the next afternoon both pairs of glasses were ready for collection. Not only that, I damaged a pair accidentally only a few days after I collected them and they fixed them the same day. Blink know how to look after their customers and I wouldn’t go elsewhere!

What a great service they provide. The owners Nilesh and Alka are always very welcoming and go an extra mile to help and guide you. They have great choices when it comes to cool frames for all ages. I used to visit other opticians in Richmond in the past but I had to make a change and blink optics did not disappoint me and my family. I had my eye test at Blink Optics last week. Nilesh is obviously very experienced and talked me through the tests needed, including the 4D eye health scan, which although the usual charge is £40, was complimentary with the eye test. They have a great range of designer glasses not found elsewhere as well as a great value range, too. Can't wait for my new pair to arrive!

I'd been putting off an eye test for some time as I've always found them invasive and unpleasant. Eventually my RGP contact lenses were so cloudy that I had no choice. Decided to try Blink based on other reviews and the fact that they were local. Rang initially to check out a few things and was put through to Nilesh himself who answered my questions. Eye exam itself very thorough (using the most up to date equipment I've seen) but not remotely unpleasant. Nilesh was helpful and reassuring throughout. Contact lenses are great. Highly recommended especially if you've had bad experiences of eye exams or hard sell techniques.

Nilesh, Blink's friendly and welcoming Consultant Optometrist, carries out a full eye examination with all the latest equipment so you not only get a sight test but a report on your eye health too - very important for my age, or any age! If you are looking for a professional and friendly service, Nilesh is your person. He helped me selecting a good pair of sunglasses which had to be fitted with prescription lenses. The end results is a fantastic pair of sunglasses that I can now comfortably wear outside and drive with. For a person with not great eyesight that's sensitive to light this was a life-changing experience.

Dropped in for the first time today, having lost my old glasses at a London nightclub! I was able to get a very comprehensive eyesight test and eye-health exam within 15 minutes. The optician, Nilesh, was patient and explained all aspects of the exam(s) clearly as we went along. I was surprised by how reasonable the price for the test & exam was. The range of frames available is greater than may initially appear. Nilesh was able to find the perfect frame for my needs. My new glasses were ready for pickup within 45 mins of leaving the premises. I would highly recommend Blink Optics to anyone, especially first-time customers.

Caring and skilled. My 3-year-old got something in his eye and we called every optician in the area but none had an optician in house on that day. Blink saw us in less than an hour and managed to coax my terrified son to open his eye enough to have it washed. The doctor removed a lump of leaf and within minutes he was back to normal. Really friendly and helpful. The optician did a really thorough exam (as far as I can tell anyway!) and talked me through and explained everything. The salesman in the front of shop was great too - I had a good look at their glasses and couldn't find any I thought suited me (I never can!), but he immediately picked out three or four that were good...shop is very stylish too.
