I needed to see a new optician the last one I went to was rubbish so I pop in one day to see they have a good selection of designer frames so I made an appointment. On my second visit I felt like I have been a customer for years the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was amazed at the service they provided no wonder they have customers for over 20 years. Fantastic.

I have purchased at least £7000 worth of frames with prescription lenses from this optician & I can promise you a care & a eye to detail rarely found. Customer service is brilliant with the word no not seemingly in their vocabulary. I have even popped in with glasses not purchased from their establishment which they have serviced free of charge with a smile. I can not recommend them strongly enough & I am a hard man to please !

Ayyaz is one of the most gracious people you will ever meet in a retail environment, extremely polite, this man really knows his business inside and out. I followed him from his former workplace. He stocks the most wonderful frames at quite reasonable prices. A consummate salesman and excellent optician, he always delivers. Needless to say ordering prescription glasses and on occasion sunglasses is effortless. Having total confidence in his professionalism and personal attention to detail I would recommend the establishment to anyone.

The customer service at Brixton Eyecare Centre is excellent. I have known the Senior optician for over 5 years and followed him from his previous shop. Your needs are always met and to the highest standards. He has an eye for detail and knows the exact frames to suit me and is never wrong! I would definitely recommend this shop.

Interesting to read the negative reviews, which I honestly don’t understand as I had a very different experience. The lovely optician used to work for another company on Brixton Water Lane. I followed him to this shop as his expertise is brilliant. Very helpful, very knowledgable. I’m extremely picky with my frames and he has ordered various frames just for me to try. I can not fault this place. Yes, it does look a little bit rough outside around the edges (especially since the plants outside were stolen), but the service is great. For me without a doubt the best optician in Brixton.

After being unsuccessful with other opticians I recommend Brixton eyecare centre for your next eye test, I have been a patient at this eyecare centre for 15 years because it is affordable and also because of the manager Mr Ayyaz who is the most professional, generous, considerate and gentle person i have met in a very long time, he is patient and takes time to make sure you are suited right and ensures you receive excellent customer care.
