The shop has a great range of unique frames. I have been wearing mine for two years now, I love it so much that I came back to the shop to get a new prescription lenses for the same frame. The team is very friendly and responds quickly, I was very happy with their services again.

Customer service was excellent! Tess helped me find a pair of glasses that look great and are comfortable to wear at a very reasonable price. I bought my favourite pair of sunglasses last year from that shop and got so many compliments! I love their vibe of only having a few well made brands you don’t find anywhere. The shop is super cosy and the plants make you feel away from London. They listen to you rather than trying to sell to you at all costs like other shops which is why I came back today to change my regular eyewear today. I’ve never been so happy to have myopia!

Legitimately cannot say enough good things about this wonderful establishment. The glasses here are top-notch- exquisitely made with a high standard of ethics, but more importantly, the small team of generous people who are behind Couco are truly the best thing about this place. I received such kind and understanding treatment from the workers when I had mistakenly chosen a less than ideal pair of frames for my prescription, and they ordered a second pair of glasses for me free of charge. Not enough words to describe the loveliness of these people- will definitely come here again.
