Lovely opticians, run by a husband and wife. It has a different feel to the big chains, very warm and welcoming. This was my first eye test and Ash was great at explaining everything to me including my results at the end. Turns out I'm slightly short sighted but borderline for needing glasses. There was no pushiness to buy glasses; with guidance from Ash I've decided to wait a while. I'll definitely be going back for my next eye test.

Fantastic service and such and amazing range of products. A special thanks to Diopter eye clinic and their opticians they have been very thorough in my eye test and first of all noticed I didn’t need the glasses that I have been up sold all these years from a high street optician , they also noticed an acute hole in my eye that has gone a miss all this years. The eye clinic has been very truthful and honest to me, hats off to the 2 key opticians that have helped me the time I was there. They helped me chose the best sun glasses, their range is such a high quality and their help and service has been outstanding, they have gone over and beyond what I had expected, I highly recommend Diopter eye clinic.

I recently purchased my first ever verifocal lenses. Both Tanvi and Ash, the owners, are very knowledgeable and I was very happy with the recommendation made. I have had no trouble adjusting to these lenses. I had some difficulties with my frame (purchased elsewhere) and Tanvi was very patient and kind in helping me find the best fit/make needed adjustments with these frames. I highly recommend Diopter Eye Clinic for their professionalism and friendliness.

Great optician/eye clinic. Went in for a long overdue eye examination and incredibly pleased with how thorough and professional it was including use of some very modern equipment to look behind the eye and assess the overall health. Everything explained clearly in terms I could understand and never felt like I was trying to be upsold or given something I didn't need. Very friendly and just an overall great experience. Excellent eye clinic, the owners were friendly, attentive, patient and professional throughout. They took the time to thoroughly understand the issues I had and carefully examined my eyes and overall health to determine the causes and possible solutions. Fantastic Optometrist! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive, especially as I have a very rare eye condition, and really take the time to thoroughly test your eyes with precision and care. Fantastic service with a smile. Nick, Andy and Ivana will always be able to take care of your optical needs. Most single vision spectacles will be ready inside 1 week and varifocals with be ready inside 2 weeks! Most of the time they have been able to get my contact lenses delivered next day. (You do have to request this and pay a bit extra but it is well worth it!)
