Wow! Just as I said a wow customer grand service indeed! They are very good, especially in their eye test techniques; and all round good quality advice with patient care. I highly recommend them to give you just what you need.

Thank you so much for arranging to see me so last minute and fitting me into your busy schedule. My eye test was professionally carried out by Saida and I was given excellent advice as usual. I recommend this opticians to everyone, as they are always so friendly and helpful!

I went to Eye Emporium to have a eye test, & Zayn told me My prescription has changed and I needed new lenses. So Sajjad helped me pick new glasses, he’s just so amazing & helped to get the right frames to fit my face, he’s extremely patient & so helpful. So extremely grateful to Sajjad. On collection of my new glasses, Farooq, helped me fit glasses on my face & so amazing to see so much more clearly & I’m shocked to see the difference in seeing everything so shiny. I discovered this place while looking for somewhere to donate my old glasses. The optician here sends them to disadvantaged communities in countries where opticians are not available or affordable. That alone sold me! I donated a few of my glasses and then came in to get some new ones for myself. I've been so happy with the glasses - I was able to get two very nice designer glasses with sun and scratch protection for an affordable price. And when it's time for new ones I will definitely return here to donate the old ones and get a fancy new pair! The optician is also very nice and friendly. Always smiling and helpful, a personal touch that is greatly appreciated when there are so many big optical companies who just treat you like a number. I definitely recommend this place!

I had my appointment at Eye Emporium in Cricklewood Broadway Tuesday 22nd Sept. My parents have been going there for years now. Such friendly and professional staff. I was looked after very well and given all the best advice to select what was best for me. Very thorough eye test to make sure I would get the correct lens for my glasses. Was told it would likely be 2 weeks but had a call yesterday and actually picked up my new glasses today. New glasses are perfect and it is the first time I have had Varifocal glasses but have got in with them immediately. As mentioned all the staff are lovely and friendly and of course professional. Thank you to all of them and to Farooq for keeping in touch and making sure everything was OK this morning. Would 100% recommend Eye Emporium Cricklewood to anyone wanting an eye test etc. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again. Mr Mick Takacs
