M. M.A great experience from a very attentive and friendly team. Opticians have always found it hard to identify my ongoing eye condition and when I go to a chain they tend not to listen and I come out without a prescription. Not here - the test was super thorough and they spent the best part of an hour supporting me to find the best solution. Highly highly recommended.
A. B.I chose Eyeland Visioncare based on numerous positive reviews here and had exactly the same experience. Customer service is great and the team is very attentive, caring and friendly. After noticing some issues with my new pair of glasses I was offered to have my prescription checked and later to have my lenses changed. I was not charged any additional fees for this and always felt that I can come back if I feel something isn't right with my glasses or contacts.

Expect personal and attentive service at this independent opticians run by Anthony, the practicing optometrist, assisted by Carol who manages the front of house. Anthony is deeply experienced and meticulous, happy to answer any questions and put me completely at ease. Carol is helpful and friendly, happy to go the extra mile for customers. Highly recommended.
M.I hardly write reviews but on this occasion I just had to. I had such a great customer experience at this optician. The attention and professionalism from Anthony the optician who took time to explain everything and offer advice.
The receptionist Carol, who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, great at choosing glasses because I never really had a clue on what suited me and she made me feel like I was the only customer in the shop. I can’t recommend this establishment enough. If you decide to go there you will not be disappointed. It makes a change to receive such good Customer Service.

m.I used to have trouble getting the right glasses before but I gave this place a go before lockdown and was very pleased, the staff are friendly and helpful and they managed to get me the glasses I needed. I have been to see them again now and am again very happy with the service and with the glasses.
