Been here previously for an eye appointment and decided to come back here for a scale and polish after hearing their prices are the cheapest in the area. The service was fantastic and the hygienist did an excellent job in the dental treatment I received. Didn't realise what a rubbish job my previous dentist was doing until coming here, Can't recommend this place highly enough. Nice clean premises aswel.

I have been going to Eyespy since they opened. They offer convenient appointments with flexibility, great products and value for money. They have now opened a Dental Practice, which is great as I can have both services under one roof. The Dentist was very professional and informative whilst I underwent my clean. She gave great advice. Will now be a regular patient.

Due to lockdown I was unable to visit my usual well-known opticians in central London. Happy to say that Eyespy have got me as a customer for good. Fabulous service, great attention to detail and really take time to explain things in comparison to my old big brand optician. Didn't feel rushed through or pressurised to buy. Sad it took a pandemic for me to realise they were here - very happy I've found them.

Great service. Had an eye test, chose glasses and had them made up, with the whole process lasting less than an hour. I've previously had to wait at least a week. Will definitely come to get my teeth done when the dental services are up and running. Keep up the great work guys.

Really happy with my glasses. Broke my glasses and really needed an emergency replacement. I phoned around other local opticians but none could get them done on the same day. Eyespy literally had them ready within 5 minutes. I have registered with them, so will now have my eyes and teeth taken care of in the same place. So convenient. What a great concept!

Such a tremendous experience, from start to finish. No stress and hassle free. Had a comprehensive eye examination and then chose glasses with the wonderful Shakila guiding me and showing me what the best options were for my face shape and skin tone. There was no pressure to sell from her, which I have previously experienced at other opticians. I paid a lot less for new varifocal lenses than i expected to, and they are absolutely wonderful. So pleased with my new glasses and vision. Life long customer now. Thank you to all the staff at Eyespy for all your effort and wonderful work during these testing times.

Super service provided by Eyespy. They had all the covid protocols in place to provide a safe environment for me and my wife. We had a very thorough examination conducted by the optician, Fesar, one which we have not experienced previously. We both needed to update our glasses. We never felt pressurised to buy, or rush our decision to choose frames. It was such a relaxed and easy experience. Once we had chosen, our glasses were literally made up within 10 minutes. They have a lab in store where they make glasses whilst you wait. I didn't even know that was possible. Overall, we were really impressed and have found our new opticians and dentists. Thats right...they're starting a dental surgery soon and we have already signed up. Cant wait. Keep up the good work!!

Really happy with Dr Irrum. Great service and a very thorough clean at only £39. I then decided to have my teeth whitened with the Philips Zoom and i cant believe how good the results are. Having looked into Zoom for a while, I couldn't believe the cost was only £199. I was quoted £499 at other dentists.

Have had glasses made here before and was impressed with the service. But had never had an eye test ( work sorted that until I changed companies) So I had an eye test here and my old frames reglazed. Brilliant service a full test on the eyes and no pressure when deciding “ better like this or like this” Will be having a spare pair made too now I’ve got my new lenses in Brilliant service , amazing staff. Well managed Covid secure environment . Local independents are the way to go. Support your local optician.

Received excellent service on my recent visit at Eyespy. Was previously with another local opticians and the professionalism displayed by the staff at eyespy was superb. The glasses were made within 15 minutes of me choosing my frames. I didnt realise it could be done so quickly. Have previously had to wait atleast a week.
