Excellent Service. I have been going to these opticians for many years, despite not being a local. I find them to be extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, they offer a topnotch service, with the latest products, a fantastic range of glasses for both men and women... ultimately you get a first class service for your eyes... and this boutique experience is a world apart from traditional high street chains. Advice is key and I feel valued as a customer. The fact that the same team is still in place after all these years goes a long way to say that this success & ethos comes from the very top... Amazing eyewear store, they have great frames and quirky brands (if you are looking for something high quality and more researched, this is for you). I've had my eye test done there and the eye doctor was very friendly and made me feel at ease, answering all my questions about my vision. The staff is amazing, incredibly attentive and ready to help you find the perfect lenses. Can't it recommend enough!

Amazing service, everyone in the shop has been extremely professional! Initially we thought my prescription had improved but sadly after wearing the glasses for a few days it was obvious that wasnt the case. They kindly took my glasses, did a follow up appointment and changed the lens with the new prescription. Not only that, I was picking my glasses on Friday and they waited for me for 10min after their closing time! Cant recommend enough!

I had an excellent eye test and bought a new kind of lense which has two visions, one for reading, one for looking at the computer. This is one of Tony Gross's shops and he has been one of the best designers of spectacles who began in the 60s. I'm partial to EyeBobs a brand from Milwaukee USA. Eueworks stocks a few of these or they can be bought online in various places.

If you are looking for impeccable service, knowledge, top brands, and excellent lenses. Search no more. This team is simply the best in London. I was after some frames by a foreign brand. Eyeworks were able to import some pairs for me to try on, and within a few days got me sorted with results beyond my expectations. I am blind as a bat, and the new Essilor lenses they advised me to choose are too good to be true. Boutique approach, stunning results, personable staff. I will be back...
