A professional service with superb expert advice from an experienced optician who has mastered his craft in eye care. Visited the Forest Gate Eye Clinic for over 4 years now, and on recommendation I had two cataract operations. My eyesight is now excellent so I was told by the hospital after care eye consultant. My eyes were examined, checked and recorded as 6/5 on the eye test chart. Exceptional, all thanks to the clinic.

I needed an eye test because I suffer from blepharitis. I had a good experience with the doctor, but the gentleman at the reception was beyond pushy, trying to sell me everything possible. I spent 30 minutes trying to politely extricate myself from the situation, as I need a surgery, not the glasses. He also tried to sell me things that were different from what the doctor in the next room advised. Otherwise the service is good, and the receptionist was very helpful with the follow up I needed.

I had a eye examination and the optician spotted a serious problem , they immediately arranged for me to attend Moorefields eye hospital and thankfully this has saved my sight I can not thank there professional attitude and the attention they gave me , the customer service here is excellent and even my specialist at Moorefields commented how good this clinic in Forest Gate is , I want to thank them personally for not only seeing me within a few hours ( with everything that I’d going on during Covid ) but for the way they handled everything till the hospital took over , there attention to detail may well have saved my eye sight.
