Anita, Sam and Ralph were exquisitely kind, efficient, competent and friendly.
The eye check was thorough and accurate, and all the options were presented and explained in the clearest way possible.

Goodwill should be rewarded and I would recommend this optician for the local friendly professional service.

S. H.For the last year I have been going to Freeman’s and every time I go, the service has been outstanding. Both the opticians that I have been to (Shimir and Anita Patel) have been great and offering sound advice. The receptionist is very lovely and always has a smile on her face and the optical dispenser (Sam) provides an excellent service and assisted me in choosing a suitable frame. His service has been second to none.

From the receptionist, the optician (Anita is so wonderful and lovely) to Sharon (I think) who deals with the measurements, some tests and firing the right fit. I had an appointment today (during Covid) which is a miserable, rainy day and I was still happy that I had my appointment. Such great customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.

R. F.Very friendly and informative staff. It's great to go to a place where people actually care and inform you of all options pertaining to your care and comfort. For once I actually like wearing my glasses due to the information provided on lenses and fitting. I was never aware I could get lenses of my prescription that wouldn't diminish my eyes unnaturally
K. C.I always pass this place on my way to work and have always been to specsavers. However the past week I have been having problems with my varifocals and been getting major headaches. I popped in on the Tuesday and saw a lovely lady with curly hair who took her time to look at my glasses and she adjusted them - she explained the prescriptions had become slightly misaligned that was what was causing the problem! I also saw quite a few nice Jimmy choo frames that I like so will definitely be back to get my next glasses from you!
She also explained different options for my lenses as I explained I was having problems when I was at work (as I use more than 1 computer screen) and she told me I could have a pair specifically for work and there were different designs and I could even have a thinner lighter lens that I had never been told!!
Thank you so much she is a credit to your company with her knowledge and bubbly personality!!
N. B.A big thank you to the kind staff at Freemans opticians and the optometrist, Shimir for providing me with a fantastic experience. After going to boots and spectsavers, I couldn't believe what poor service I received - they didn't care about me as a customer but just a number.
At Freemans I felt appreciated and the optometrist took his time to explain. to me what was wrong with my eyes. As a diabetic, I now have a much better understanding of my eye health thanks to the optomotrist taking the time to explain this to me. He also went above and beyond to advise me of various options I had with my lenses to meet my expectations and help reduce how hard my eyes need to work. The staff also helped me pick the right frames and I couldn't be happier.
