Outstanding service from start to finish. Lost my glasses on the way up to London, needed an emergency pair ASAP for work that day and a trip to the theatre, Tried all Specsavers in the arear of the hotel but they all were VERY overpriced and couldnt help that day. Stumbled upon Glasses2go who were outstanding, did a more in-depth eye test than ive ever had elsewhere, and cheaper than anywhere else ive been. And great prices for good quality frames. Was in and out within 45 minutes. Faultless. Just shows the independent companies outweigh and outclass in every area.

Great experience, would highly recommend. The staff are all lovely and very helpful and they really take their time with you. I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my eye test, but she was very patient and tried a wide range of tests to find the right prescription for me. Shay was then very helpful when I was choosing my glasses, explaining all of my options, suggesting ones he thought I would like and sharing his own opinion. They were fitted with the lenses on the same day and when I collected them, both Shay and Charles provided an excellent service and made sure that the glasses fit right and that I was happy with them. They are also keeping very clean and safe in the circumstances. Thank you all!

I finally got an overdue eye test at this opticians. They were friendly professional and at each stage of the test every thing was explained. Bearing in mind that we all are wearing masks, I felt completely relaxed and safe. The prices for new glasses was absolutely fantastic that I was able to purchase 2 pairs using my NHS voucher. Earlier today I collected both pairs of glasses and the both fitted perfectly. They do repairs, reglazing of existing glasses lenses, amongst other glasses related services. If you wear glasses you will understand how important it is to have an optician who is on the ball in all areas regarding your eyes and their condition. Great service from Shay & Charles at Glasses 2 Go. Needed to repair my glasses urgently and they were fast and cost effective. I was so pleased that I gave them another pair to replace & upgrade the prescription in and was equally pleased. Easy parking as well just by their shop on the corner. Overall, very pleased to have found them and will have no hesitation in returning.

I popped into the store to try to get my glasses fixed, both sides had snapped off. The optician kindly fixed them for me free of charge in 10 mins. Great and friendly customer service :)

This opticians is fantastic! I have been going there regularly for the past few years. I have several pairs of cheap 'off the peg' glasses which I love, and keep going wth these boys. They are charming, more than helpful - and refuse to charge me for replacing an arm or screw etc....such wonderful service!! I highly recommend them. Much better then a big conglomerate. The shop has a lot of natural light and doesn’t feel claustrophobic, the staff is very nice as well , it’s clear that they put a lot of effort in their brand as they give you their own branded glasses case, cloth and cleaning spray.
