From start to finish every person was helpful and welcoming and I would highly recommend Glasseslab. I had an eye test after noticing some sight issues and it was quick and easy to book and the optician was incredibly insightful and thorough. Finding out that I needed my first pair of glasses was daunting but they made the trying on process comfortable and had a great range of shapes and styles. They only jumped in when they could see I needed some help and actually selected the frames I ended up going with.

Amazing service! Got my glass pads repaired for a great price and they tightened loose screws for free! It was only a five minute process and the young lady who worked there was super nice.

Whilst staying with my daughter i had the unfortunate experience of a lens falling out of my specs. I took the lens and broken glasses to the glasseslab shop in Greenwich. There I was greeted by a most helpful young lady (Anna) who mended them (without charge) and was most charming and helpful. Honest professional service. So glad these guys are finally open. I took my 2 kids in to have their eyes tested and was greeted by a lovely lady who turned out to be the actual optometrist. She carried out the most extensive eye test I have ever seen so opted to get mine done too. The prices of the glasses are very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I wonder where comes all those 5 stars. Both 2 stores I have visited and got services, because 1st glasses from Bromley did not work and their professional knowledge is too poor. In Greenwich store only one employee has the knowledge to fix the issue, and it's quite normal issue - to fix nose pad. But their attitude is very good, very patient and friendly.

One of the lens just fall off suddenly from my glasses, and I was few step away from glasseslab, so I get in and try to ask whether they could help me repairing it. The friendly staff carefully check it and just take few minutes to fixing it! I couldn't tell how bad wear without a lens, it is absolutely helping me a lot!

We were visiting London from the US, and I lost my glasses, 2.5 weeks before we would be going home. Two days before our flight out of London for another country (not home), we passed by GlassesLab Greenwich, and I thought I’d at least ask if they could help me. The staff at this location were especially helpful, worked very hard, communicated very well... and I got my glasses just in time! They even made arrangements to help me pick them up after hours. I was told the same however through some tinkering Isabella was able to temporarily fix my pair. I am beyond happy with this outcome as I thought my glasses were too far gone. Slow slow slow, every single time. Great looking shop, great products but it seems as though whenever my other half goes to collect her prescription it's as if none of the staff have ever had to run such a transaction. Repeated trips into the back, double and triple checking the system. Would definitely be 5 stars if they sorted out this terribly slow service.

Really nice experience on this shop, one of the screws of one arm from my glasses was lost and I have been without it for months. I just asked the guy on the shop (I think he is the owner or shop manager) and he was really kind with me and fixed my glasses. He also doesn't charge me anything for it so was totally amazing.
