This is a wonderful independent Optician. I had my eyes tested here a couple of months ago and the service was friendly and welcoming. I was not oversold stuff I didn't need and last week when I broke my frames they were so great helping me to fix the old pair whilst the new ones were being made. today I picked them up and it was a great experience all round! Honestly, support this lovely local independent business. Happy Foureyes!

I had my eye test here today and it was a fantastic experience. The staff are incredibly friendly. My appointment was right on time. the technology used is state of the art and the eye test for both glasses and contact lenses was very cost competitive. I highly recommend them.

This is a wonderfully friendly, welcoming and competent opticians, the staff are so nice and will take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you have. They have brand new state of the art equipment and you can tell that the opthalmologist has all the expertise required. Really good service for diabetics as well. Far and away the best opticians I have ever used.

Great customer service, staff is very friendly and patient. I am super happy with my new glasses, they also arrived faster than expected. The facility is clean, modern and COVID-19 safe. Great selection of frames to pick from as well. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience getting new glasses here. The test itself was a breeze, the optometrist was kind and patient and the facilities are lovely. Felt very covid safe too. Got a beautiful new set of glasses with a complex prescription and they arrived a week early. I can't recommend them enough, everybody at the practice was lovely.

If you’re looking for an opticians with first class service then this is definitely the place to go! It’s an incredibly amazing Eyecare centre! The work carried out is very professional. This specific Eyecare centre has all the latest equipment which is used to provide the best care and treatment possible. I went to Boots beforehand and was appalled by the level of service I received. However, my mum had previously attended this Eyecare centre and was very pleased with the support and service she received. Upon attending I also felt the same. From keeping me at ease, to helping me pick my glasses - everything was done in such a professional manner. I’ve been using my glasses for a while now and have not faced any issues. The centre also checks in with you to make sure you and your glasses are fine whether it be a day later after receiving your glasses or a year later (I absolutely love how customer centric the Eyecare centre is)! I doubt you can find/go somewhere as great as this place and receive top-end service. I am SO GRATEFUL to have come across this Eyecare centre!

My wife and I visited Green lanes Eyecare Centre and the service is second to none. The receptionist Sultan was very welcoming and made sure I was happy from beginning to end. We did not feel rushed with the optician like some high street branches and she took the time to explain everything. Would you believe it I don't need glasses that's what I call good old fashion and honest indepenant practice. My wife need new frames and they matched her style and character to a T. I would not blink at recommending this practice to all those interested, pardon my punt. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you so so much and I hope you do well.

I was blind, now I see. A really top notch service and to my mind one far preferable to the chains. Professional, approachable and NO PERSISTANT CROSS SELLING. Offers a broad range of services, shown on website, and had a very fast turnaround for some frame reglazing. Other points are the high grade equipment, mentioned in another review, range of stock, even the bus stop location. I'm pleased when I can genuinely recommend a small business - 5 star (which is obvious from the rating).
