m. b.I visited Icon a couple of years back and the service of the optometrist and Amjad was first class. My new spectacles were ready in good time and i was extremely happy with the result.
Unfortunately i managed to not only scratch the lenses, but also break the frames trying to manually adjust. I spoke with Amjad and he not only replaced the lenses but also the frames free of charge!! The frames actually had to be sourced from Austrailia, however this was no bother for Amjad.
What magnificiant service and really nice, genuine people. Highly recommended!!

The range of frames is great! And there are discounts they remind you of for children, as well as the free check ups. I can wholeheartedly recommend them as the best opticians we’ve used for myself and the whole family. There’s the added bonus of getting a cuddle with their gorgeous resident dog, Oscar too!

The optician was very friendly, knowledgeable and spent extra time in ensuring he fully checked my daughter's eyes.
The frames and lens were provided promptly.
Since then we have had a follow up and my young son has now also been fully tested.
Icon is a friendly and caring opticians and will to go an extra mile to ensure the patience are cared for.
