L. R.Best opticians. My elderly mum has used these opticians for many years; she has always been extremely happy with the service they provide. I have just used them for my glasses and I can categorically state they provide the best testing, a first class speedy service & professional all round. A personal thank you to the optician who recommended a trip to Moorfields to put my mind at rest. He spent time double checking. Cannot recommend these opticians enough.
M. T.Excellent work by AJ in InFocus. I had a Cartier period glasses which I accidentally walked on it and it was bent and twisted practically a total write-off. I took it to a local optician who said it could be fixed at my own risk. It ended up with one side of the frame broken. The optician recommended that I should take it to Jewellers to solder it back! I was given up hope and was looking around for a replacement Cartier glasses and went into In-Focus in Bethnal Green Road near my gym. The head optician AJ suggested that I show him the broken glasses next time around. I did so. He practically straightened it when I was waiting and advised me that he would send it to a specialist firm to solder it back. After 10 days I collected it and a very professional job was done on it. It cost me £90 to fix and frankly that period Cartier glasses is non replaceable and buying a new one would have cost me in excess of £1000. Great job and excellent service.

D. D.I went to In Focus today and was very impressed by their complete professionalism. I have been wearing glasses for close to 50 years, so have plenty of experience of opticians.
My current glasses proved to be an expensive disappointment, but I know that this will not be the case with the new ones I ordered today.
All I can say is ‘Shouldn’t have gone to Specsavers’. Their service is rubbish when compared against In Focus and I know that I will be a return customer, despite living in Bury St Edmunds.

A. L. P. K.I decided to try a different opticians after being disappointed with the product I got from my last one which wasnt exactly what I expected. And Brillen service was excellent from the guy on the phone who was very friendly and helpful to the service in the shop from Ajay which was excellent cannot fault it at all. They were very knowledgeable about their products and also very patient to explain everything clearly not rushing you to make any decisions. Any the prices very reasonable compared to many other opticians !
