A. S.What a great little Optician. Not a long queue of people, seen on time every time. Business growth is not the first priority, customers eyes are. Great advice and diagnoses given. Way better than your high street chain optometrists. Highly recommended.
R. M.Small but very professional optician store. High standard eye examination by an excellent optometrist and support team. Focus was on the medical assessment and associated discussion, with no attempts to hard sell new frames etc.
A very positive and reassuring experience and would recommend the company without hesitation.
C. V.We have received an excellent customer service at this opticians. They were friendly and all measures for social distancing and clearing of infection was implemented. The assistance was friend and professional. The optician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and implemented full testing for my father who struggled puffy eyes. We had correct diagnosis and my dad's eyes are visibly better and are now improving. thank you very much for prompt emergency service for eyes!
C.Great opticians. Was given their details by NHS direct (had something stuck in my eye it turns out) and when I called they gave me an appointment right away. The 2 team members at reception were very professional, efficient and friendly. The eye doctor was fantastic. Very knowledgable and put my mind at ease that we would sort the issue with my eye. Whole experience exceeded expectations. Thank you!!

Being a customer for couple of years. The opticians are very professional, friendly and informative. Mr Anam Zaman he's passionate about his work and really cares about his customers. He always goes above and beyond to help . The staff are extremely polite, they always make you feel welcome and you always receive an excellent service from them. Good range of NHS free glasses to Designer glasses. Well social distancing measured and clean store.

h. s.I don’t usually write reviews but having had some bad experiences with pushy named opticians I was so pleasantly surprised at how professional these guys are. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service. I have moved out of the borough recently but continue to bring my four kids and myself to this opticians as I don’t feel comfortable anywhere else

Z.guys there were very kind & welcoming, opticians are very knowledgeable. my visit there was stress free. a variety of spectacles to choose from low to high. overall its a very nice clean place with social distancing being implemented. I was very happy with Ishrat, who kept calm and went the extra mile to help me as I was being difficult.
