I was so fortunate to come across Infocus Optics Cannon street. Outstanding experience with an excellent optician. The practice is clean and modern with a good selection of glasses and some sunglasses. I had a problem with one eye and was treated very professionally and efficiently, with everything being clearly explained to me as the examination was being undertaken. I was treated and given advice with the option of buying the products from the practice (no hard sell). I walked out with immediate improvement in my symptoms.I will definitely return and will also bring my family when they next require an optician.

Best optician ever. amazing friendly staff with great customer service. prices are reasonable nothing like highs street optician glasses price. very professional service from front staff brother and sisters and Dr. I had few problems with my glasses but when went there they sorted my glasses issues without hesitation. as a local customer I always visit them for any sort of like when lenses pop out or for missing screw they happily helped me. One of the best optician in East London. I had an appointment and went there on time. Front line staffs were trying to deliver their best service and absolutely it was the best service. The Optoms took his time to study my history. After that, he started my eye test and he was remarkably perfect. One more thing, they have got a wide range of designers frame which makes this place exquisite. This clinic is highly recommended.

I would give more than 5⭐️ if I could.The whole team is amazing. The optician is in a friendly community area and they will give their heart out to serve you. They didn’t force me to buy glasses like some other optician did !! but I bought a lovely pair of Gucci which comparable to high street optician was very reasonable price, including tailor made verifocal lenses, auto transition and Blue V coating. I would 1000 % recommend them. I can’t thank you enough for the lovely friendly service you have given me. Thanks again.

I was given choice to choose glasses from nhs and designer, they didn’t force me to buy designer, but looking at all those smart looking frames I had no choice but to buy a designer.
