I felt it was time to upgrade my glasses from the high street opticians, and I couldn't be more delighted with the customer service I received at Iris Optical. I was given a very professional eye test and then helped by the amazing staff to pick my frames which I love. I was so excited to collect my glasses which is a first. I will definitely be going back to Iris Optical, and would recommend them highly.

This is the fourth pair of glasses that I have made at Iris Optical - a reglazed mykita frame with a prescription violet mirror. I have always found their customer service fantastic and they are always willing to go the extra mile for unusual requests. The prices are extremely competitive. I have used Iris Optical for a number of years now. As always the service is impeccable and the frames and lenses were very the cheapest I could find. It's unfortunate that the city store has closed especially as it was near to my office, however the communication and service combined with the value for money make the slightly longer trip worth the extra effort.
