Fantastic staff, excellent customer service. During the eye test the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I’ve bought both prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses from this store and had above and beyond customer service since. I would highly recommend and will 100 be coming back for my next test. A fairly boutique little glasses shop on kings road, but one of about 3 in London. It's it's relatively small and has a fixed pricing system which is quite simple to understand; the frames (£99, £129 & £149), lenses and then any additions on top of that (thinness, blue tinge, etc). the selection is fairly limited but has its own unique Styles. The quality appears really good and there are handmade models (the higher price point). What was really positive is the really friendly assistance who were really helpful in in me making my choice in the end. I I was really pleased with the service and would certainly recommend this shop over some of the other fixed point rivals nearby. The King's Road is certainly awash with many optician's and I think that this is certainly one to try out before you make your final choice

Brilliant store, service and staff. I came in for an eye check up and I left with the best glasses. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient and in the end they offered me the most suitable pair. Lovely atmosphere and great selection of glasses.

I initially had an issue with a frame due to my sensitive skin, and the staff , especially Emma, was incredibly helpful. A very pleasant expérience in the end, and a nice store to visit. Beautiful collection and very welcoming staff on the king’s road boutique.

Excellent service, both the front of house staff and the optometrist were brilliant. The series of eye tests ran as part of their free consultation were very thorough and helped me understand what was going on with my prescription. In terms of glasses and shades, there is a large selection of great frames. All showcasing a specific Jimmy Fairly style that I really like. Additionally the price is very fair and an order for glasses at your prescription won't take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

The service in this store is very good and the range of frames excellent. However, the customer service by email is appalling - unbelievably rude - to the point that I decided not to purchase the pair I was enquiring about. Go to the store instead and don't deal with customer services!

Bought a pair of sunglasses in Paris but need some extra service to make them perfect. I was told I could do this back in London. The London team was very helpful and done a great job helping me. Great selection of glasses but I must say you will find more designs in Paris.
