Very pleasant experience in this shop. Went for an eye test and the optician was absolutely lovely and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Lovely atmosphere in the shop and great customer service. I didn't get new glasses this time because I usually wear contact lenses, but next time I want to update my glasses this will be my first option x

Updated. The customer service is now working fine and my glasses were ready to collect after three weeks. I hope this is a temporary issue because they do have a nice range of glasses.
