Me and my father go to this place and the quality of lens is outstanding. The owner of this shop is very friendly and the customer service has always been great. He managed to get my lens made to a very thin size in the lab with my high prescription number, which is not available at other places. I strongly recommend this opticians. It also has reasonable prices.

There is no better service in London! My family and I have been getting our eyes tested and glasses made in Southgate for many years and we are extremely happy. Good prices, special offers for long term customers and excellent advice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend this man highly enough. He took the time to help me repair a treasured pair of sun glasses and nothing was to much trouble. I had spend months trying to get someone to repair the glasses including the company I bought them from and no one even tried to help. I Left them here and went on holiday and when I returned there they were as good as new. Extremely reasonable price in fact he only charged me what it cost him to get fixed. I for one will never go anywhere first trying Optical Warehouse Opticians. Thank you very very much.

Their services are second to none with an extensive variety of designer brands for all tastes and sizes. My immediate family, husband and four children and our extended family use Optical Warehouse for eye examinations and to purchase frames. I have been using Optical Warehouse for many years now and have always found the team go above and beyond in their service and aftercare. I was recently sent to a 'high end' private optician by my company and the knowledge and service was nowhere near like you get at Optical Warehouse. I told the optician I will be returning to OW for my glasses and contacts. Another appointment this morning and once again, fantastic friendly and great service from Ali and Maya, ordered my glasses and contacts with no issues whatsoever. I went to Optical Warehouse Opticians for the first time 2 weeks ago and can honestly say their level of customer service was second to none. They took so much time in helping me to pick the glasses that suited and fit my face the best, as well as having a wide range of different styles of glasses. I travelled all the way from Watford to see these guys and based on the reviews it was so worth it. From the moment I stepped into the store I was met with friendly and professional staff. The service was through and very well conducted. When it came to choosing my glasses Ali took his time to understand exactly what I wanted and what I really appreciated was his opinion...he saved me from choosing the wrong frames! To me it’s obvious these guys are extremely customer focussed and they make sure your needs come first. They’ve found a customer for life in me and I’d recommend that everyone should visit them.

I recently needed an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. So many companies to choose from but I was recommended by a friend to visit Optical Warehouse Opticians. The staff were friendly, professional and so knowledgable about the latest examining technology and also had such a large variety of frames to choose from. I bought a pair of glasses and also prescription sun glasses and was so happy with the service, I ended up asking them to put the new prescription in my 3 other pairs of glasses. Just such nice people to do business with and... the follow up service was phenomenal - I sat on my frames and bent them and with a smile they fixed them in moments. Eyetest and Spectacles - Thankyou. I did some researching of the local opticians before I booked into the Optical Warehouse in Southgate. I have been having my eyes tested for years and have had many pairs of glasses. I have to say, I agree with the other reviewers and wanted to add my own 5-star review. Such well-mannered people. Attention to detail and the personal touch. I have a family history of glaucoma so my eye test was free. Despite not paying for my eye test, i was encouraged to re-glaze my old frames to save money. I was so impressed with the service, that i actually re-glazed 3 pairs of glasses and bough a whole new pair. I couldn't be happier. I am not a very loyal customer usually, as the bigger franchises do not offer the same level of service; we're just numbers, but, I will be back to Optical Warehouse for my check-up next time. My family has been going to Optical Warehouse for years and even though we’ve now moved to the other side of London we still go there as the service and whole experience from eye tests to choosing frames and then the aftercare is second to none. 5-stars doesn’t do Ali and his team enough justice as they really go out of their way for you. Ali has every branded frame you could want and if he doesn’t have it, he’ll get it for you and if that wasn’t enough his prices are amazing too. The bigger opticians could definitely learn a thing or two from Optical Warehouse.
