Saw Mr Shah for an emergency appointment last week. Extremely professional and very very thorough. Mr Shah diagnosed my condition and gave me the required treatment to help straight away. On top of all that, he emailed my GP to let them know how he is managing my condition. Agnes and Shamini were absolutely fantastic and it's my pleasure to have met them all. It's so nice to have a friendly, professional clinic in Waterloo.

Went there today for an eye test as well as new lenses. Mr Shah(?) who carried out the test was very professional and helpful. All the other staff were super friendly and great! Glad to have found a place this in my neighborhood. All the very best!

Fantastic service and excellent eye test. Was recommended by a friend to go and see Mr Shah. The quality of the tests I had was brilliant and the staff couldn't be more helpful in helping me choose the right lenses and frames. Competitive prices and the update my own spare glasses as no charge at all. The same frame that other opticians had told me can not updated. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience in the practice yesterday. The optician who saw me was fantastic and spotted an issue, so she immediately referred me to the eye hospital. By the early afternoon, it was all resolved and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Such a lovely team! I'm not a customer of Opticalise, but my sunglasses had broken. They replaced the screw, tightened everything and gave them a clean. Such a great service! Thank you guys.

Would highly recommend! I was with the same Opticians since I was a teenager, but decided to take a risk and try Opticalise on a whim. So glad I did! The exam was so thorough, and the staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I have used Opticallise since they first opened, and have had 5 Star service from the friendly staff. Treated as a person not like cattle that some high street store tend to do. They may look cheaper but believe me you can't put a price on the service you get here. See you again in a few years
