Optitech is very friendly and Professional optician including all Team Members. Mr. Daven Patel is extremely knowledgeable and explains all he does with clear definitions in simple language. I had to go through an additional Medical test under very Futuristic Machine called OPTOMAP where Mr Patel even went further and used several websites to explain further in plain English what exactly doctors are looking for with that test… Highly Recommended - Thank you 🙏

My family and I changed over from Specsavers as we wanted somewhere closer to home and with a more family like feel. Optitech is a brilliant optician, Mr Patel is super professional and you really do place a lot of trust in his views and assessment. Recently I had to have my sight test with my toddler next to me, the whole team worked on keeping him occupied whilst I had my test done! They made me feel at ease. Thank you again.

What a great team!! They are all so polite, friendly and welcoming. The most important thing I felt was how professional and clinical they are. They have all the latest equipment and do a very thorough eye examination, offering all the latest treatment options. Would highly recommend.

I saw Daven July 2021 him and his team are SO helpful and the reason anyone should go there. He took time to call me back in for a 2nd visual fields report test to confirm if my eyes were anything to do with headaches i was receiving. He really took time to explain everything, reassured me and talked me through the process. What a guy! He even sent me a mail with the reports. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Optitech! Thank yo!

Having been less than satisfied with previous opticians I checked online and read the great reviews for Optitech. I must say that I wasn't disappointed. From the minute I walked in I felt at ease. All my questions were addressed in a calm way so that I understood everything and the state of art equipment was impressive. I am very happy to have found Optitech and certainly won't be going anywhere else for my eye care.

We discovered Optitech when looking for an optician who was authorised to provide OrthoK or eyedream “miracle lenses” for my 8 year old son. I couldn’t have wished for a more professional service with the most impeccable “bedside manner” with children. Embarking on OrthoK is not for the faint hearted but Mr Patel (and Sandy - they make a stellar team) put us at ease from the first appointment and answered all the questions that we had. Their manner was informative and trusting without being patronising. We felt truly in charge of the process and in incredibly safe hands throughout. I cannot stress enough how impressed we have been by the service provided - both at “point of sale” and the aftercare which in itself is crucial in OrthoK. Highly, highly recommended!

I absolutely recommend them. This will be the second time I visit them. Im so pleased with my new glasses and contact lenses. Sandy helped all the way through with my new pair of glasses selection and doctor Daven is really friendly. I love the accuracy of my new sight test since I have been going before to other opticians and they weren’t great. When you have your sight test for contact lenses, they offer a free pair of contact lenses before you actually purchase them in order to see if the new prescription works fine or needs to be reviewed.

Absolutely fantastic! The team is very professional and friendly. Examination is thorough and use of modern equipment gives you the details about eyes health you wouldn't normally get at the opticians. You will get all the assistance you may need in selecting glasses or training for contact lenses which is very useful.

This might just be the best opticians in the whole of the UK. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond the extra mile to make sure that you are properly assessed, given advice, the correct prescription and that all your needs are fully investigated and options discussed. They explain everything you need to know to you in complete detail that is easy to understand. They also have very advanced and new equipment that can take a full 3-D image of the eye that I have not seen in other opticians. This was extremely useful and efficient for analysis of the different areas of the eye. I would like to mention Daven Patel, Sanhya Mehta and the whole team for their excellent, informative and friendly service. Have no doubts. Highly recommended.

I had a concern about my eyes, and was a little worried. The team at optitec were so considerate and reassuring. On the phone I spoke to Marc, such a polite and welcoming conversation, I totally felt at ease. When I arrived for my appointment Mo gave me a warm welcome and asked me to take a seat, he was very mindful of the social distancing required. I pay a monthly amount for which I get 2 contact lens checks and an eye test yearly and a discount on contact lenses. First of all they are located on Southgate high street and right next to the bus and Southgate tube station. Mr Patel and Ms Raja whom I saw are extremely courteous, pleasant and professional in their approach. Selina and others at the reception are very pleasant, courteous and very willing to help with your queries. Mr Mo was extremely helpful in providing professional help with prescription and eye glass maintenance.
