Thank you OPTIX for your absolutely excellent service and help choosing my latest glasses. Their frame selection is very extensive and their advice was extremely valuable. I was able to get the new Nikon seemax infinite lenses and they are absolutely out of this world, well worth the price. I was very impressed with how transparent OPTIX where and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy more expensive frames or lenses. I cannot recommend them enough, they are far and above many many Opticians in London.

Excellent customer service when I got new glasses last October. Local to my work office so was able to go in an have an eye-test and as a result of a prescription change and a very ageing pair of glasses, I got a much better pair which I use all the time. Had to visit for some follow up adjustments which were done without any issues. Shout out to Marc for providing great customer service.

Optix has a very extensive, high quality range of glasses and service is excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and good at advising what sorts of glasses might work best. I recently picked up a set of frames there. Optix fitted the lenses (which are excellent), and turnaround was very rapid. I can highly recommend this company.

These people are different class to others out there , the level of service, ,knowledge and representation is just amazing . They make you feel very welcomed , take time over choosing what is right for you and not pushy at all . I bought a pair of sunglasses from here and was incredibly impressed with the service. There was a massive range of options and the shop assistants were really helpful in advising me on which suited me best. I walked away with a lovely set of Ray-Bans which have been great following a member of staff fitting them to my face. Brilliant and friendly service - I'll be back and have already highly recommended to many friends/colleagues.

Really great selection of frames and top quality. Fantastic environment and absolutely great service. Really knowledgeable. Ended up buying a stunning pair of frames. It's fair to say you would definitely need to have some leeway in your budget, but if you can it's worth the investment. I would undeniably recommend.

I have been using Optix for about 6 years and I think they are great. The people at Optix are genuine experts and I now have a selection of glasses that are perfect for me, both functionally and aesthetically. Choosing a lens has become really complicated, with lots of technical options. It's a minefield without expert help. My wife recently bought 3 pairs of glasses from a well-known high street optician, which is part of the Luxottica group. What a contrast. The lady tried to sell my wife a new 'blue' coating but didn't have a clue when I asked her to explain what it was. The difference in technical competence was astonishing. Optix is not conveniently located for me but I think that's irrelevant. I only need to visit every 2 years or so and high quality technical advice is well worth a trip now and again. Very highly recommended.

Optix have been my go-to opticians for the past 10 years or so now. I simply don't go anywhere else. They have a fantastic range of frames and lenses to choose from and are fully equipped for eye testing to make sure your eyesight is examined in detail before ordering the correct lenses for your glasses. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and seem to have the whole stock catalogue in their minds, ready to produce a range of perfect frames for your face on demand. My new Rob Evans daily glasses and my Chrome hearts sunglasses are simply beautiful and give me added confidence when I'm going about my daily business. I can't recommend them highly enough. They provide a truly unique and personal shopping experience at affordable prices that you simply can not achieve by buying online. 10/10

I had an amazing experience yesterday! After 30 years of wearing glasses and never loosing a pair, I lost my glasses on Wednesday evening! I am short sighted so I really felt lost without them. Thankfully I work very close to Optix at Broadgate, as soon as they heard my story they were quick to offer me new glasses and got my new pair within 4 hours! The glasses are perfect and I love them. Thank you to the wonderful staff, they were all great. Amazing service and very good prices!

"Again amazing service. The couldn't be more accommodating or helpful if they tried. Everything is effortless and enjoyable. I cannot find cheaper glasses in London". Arron 20/8/20 I could not recommend Optix more highly. Mainly because they strongly (aggressively) promoted me to go get a mark on my nose checked because I was being lazy. It turned out to be an early form of skin cancer. So thank you very much guys. Apart from this they offer a superb and professional service but it's more than that. They are just very nice people that know their game inside and out. The after sales service is superb, they can't do enough for you. They are the best in the city. Marc, the owner, seems to know everyone personally and the greeting you get is amazing. Also all the assistants are more than helpful. The eye examinations are very professional and thorough - Tom is excellent. Although I live out of London I will always travel in to have appointments here. They are the very best. Superb service. Having not succeeded with contact lenses in the past I decided to try Optix. Mike is calm, professional and encouraging and I now wear lenses daily with ease. Prices are good and there was no pressure to spend. The receptionist was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have, over the past year or so, bought 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses from Optix and they were quality, well known brands... I must say the service was great, I was served by the actual owner of the shop once (not something you find many places nowadays) and he and his staff were attentive and very professional. They matched a price I had received previously without hesitation and have even adjusted one pair for me just by popping in. I would recommend them for service (especially) and price. As someone once said "Nice people to do business with...."

I highly recommend Optix. The staff are exceptionally professional, and Crozier and her team were brilliant in helping me find the perfect pair of new glasses. The store has a really extensive choice of frames on display and uses an ipad app to make it easy to calibrate the perfect multifocal lens. Would absolutely recommend, go visit - you won't be disappointed.

I have visited Optix for nearly 10 years now and have experienced nothing but top professionalism, high quality advice and friendliness. Tom has been doing my check ups ever since I first visited Optix; he is incredibly thorough and it helps if you see the same person every time. Crozier, one of the Practice Managers, has always complemented the service with perfect and friendly expert advice. You begin to appreciate that lenses are not just lenses but are made to measure to reflect your varying needs. Small amendments to frames are usually done on the spot. In addition, Optix have an incredible variety of modern frames on display; usually the most difficult part of a visit is to decide which of the wonderful frames to choose since you want them all!
