amazing customer service, honest to the point that they will not try to sell you anything, you to decide. Strong attention to detail and giving you the best advice for you. Definitelly worth the money you spent. Absolutely recommended.

The knowledge, care and attention to detail was fantastic. I really appreciate the time spent on ensuring the prescription for my varifocal glasses was accurate.The choice of lens' and frames was excellent too. I felt comfortable and assured I was receiving the best service and care for my eyes. My experience at Orb was simply the best of any optician I've been to by far. Very highly recommended.

Highly recommended! I can not imagine better customer service. Very very professional, super friendly, they take time to explain to their customers everything. Very detailed eye exams. Very helpful advises by choosing frames - without any absolutely any pressure that you need to buy. Simple the best!

Simply great. Lost my glasses, so came over here to get contact lenses. Immediately got my eyes checked and 10 pairs of lenses for free to try it out. So after 1 hour I was done! And you know what's all so good about this? That the staff was really nice and professional. Very professional optician, explains everything to detail and why he is doing what he's doing. But also very friendly, was the highlight of my day, literally.

Excellent. Highly professional, helpful and friendly. The frame of my rimless glasses broke and I walked in to seek help in the middle of the afternoon. Instead of waiting for the spare part to be delivered in several days, they cannibalised an existing frame to get mine repaired by start of play the following morning. I will go back to them and recommend them without hesitation. Since the above was posted two months or so ago I have returned to have my glasses replaced, after they were damaged accidentally. I had an excellent optician before. But they have provided a better service. I will certainly return to them and am happy to recommend them. Top-notch.

I have never felt more comfortable at the opticians. Professional, friendly and reasonable prices. What I am still impressed with is the aftercare...The couple who run the shop are so approachable that I had no hesitation to go back to them when the padding in my glasses broke. They fixed it free of charge and we had a nice chat while I waited. Would recommended whole heatedly

Excellent service from this private family owned opticians. Very thorough eye examination which noticed issues which no other optometrist had picked up on - and I've been wearing glasses for 30+ years. Then they take the time to properly make sure you pick the right frames for face shape, colouration etc and great after care as well.

Best opticians I've ever been to. I can't recommend this store highly enough. I first started going to orb optical 7 years ago, and after having moved back into the area I could not imagine going anywhere else. The moment you walk in you are greeted to a warm welcoming experience, and it has a nice family run feel to it. The depth of experience of the optometrist becomes apparent throughout the examination, and the prognosis clearly explained. I could not recommend more.

The staff here went over and above for us and saved us from another optical shop's mistake, and we can't thank them enough. We were on holidays in London and staying at a nearby hotel when my mom's glasses fell apart due to being improperly cut. The staff here were all very knowledgeable and helpful and figured out the problem right away and then did much more than they needed to do to make sure things were fixed and that we had a good rest of our holiday. They were friendly and professional and if I lived in London I would switch my business to this optical shop without hesitation.

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN! I randomly found them on google maps when I had an eye infection emergency while traveling in London. They got me in the same day for an appointment and will have my glasses ready by tomorrow (24 hour turn-around!) Not only did they have amazingly friendly customer service but I learned more about my eye health than I have from anyone else I’ve ever gone to. The doc gave me personalized advice based on my job/daily life and really took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about taking care of my eyes. I’ve been smiling all day ever since my appointment knowing I was truly taken care of today and put on the right track health wise. I am a really picky person (I work in fashion) so I was worried I might not be able to find the right pair of glasses that would be perfectly wearable and quirky at the same time. I ended up having to narrow down from 5 or 6 pairs I was obsessed with which they gladly helped me with as well! I HIGHLY suggest Orb Optical!

In a world full of anonymous, corporate chains, Orb Optical provides a top notch, friendly and professional service. They're really helpful in so many ways: e.g. they always keep a supply of my contact lenses in stock so I can just go in and pick them up when I need them. Highly recommended!
